About Blast!

NUS Dance BLAST! is a member of NUS CFA. She was formed in September 2001. Initiated by a group of students with a keen interest in Hip-Hop dance and guided by Resident Choreographer, Patrick Loo, the group aims to promote the Hip-Hop spirit to the wider community. Of utmost importance is the Hip-Hop spirit – positivity in life, freedom and passion.

    NUS Dance BLAST! was born on 3rd September in 2001, so this year we are celebrating her 6th birthday, as well as commemorating the past years of success and growth in this cooli-oh club!!!
    However, due to clashes and tight schedules with Dance Reflections, we have postponed the celebrations to a later date as follows:

    Date: 20th Oct 2007, Saturday (FINALISED!)
    Time: 1900hrs - 2200hrs
    Venue: Munchie Monkeys

    EVERYONE... Yes... ALL... do take note of the above date and MARK it down on your calendar. It's after the Mid-terms, it's on a weekend, we've given you a month's notice, we're planning some great programmes, and now we need Y'ALL to be part of yet another BLASTing get-together.... for not just the Juniors, but the oldies Alumnis too... It's a family thing!! Treasure it....

    * Since this is a club event, it is MANDATORY for all to attend.
    If your response is an unfortunate "NAY", please kindly reply to this email, stating your valid reasons.
    Otherwise, lemme hear a positive "AYE", will you?!? This will help us gauge the expected turnout.
